ORDERS & PAYMENT

Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, and PayPal.

Q: I just placed an order. When will I get a confirmation?
A: Right away. Check your inbox (and spam folder) for an order confirmation. Tracking info follows once your order ships.

Q: Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
A: Reach out within 12 hours of ordering and we'll do our best. Once production starts on print-on-demand items, we can't change them.

Q: Do you have a discount code for first-time buyers?
A: Yes. Use WELCOME10 at checkout for 10% off your first order, no minimum.

SHIPPING

Q: Where do you ship from?
A: Apparel ships from our print partner's US fulfillment centers. Model kits ship from our vendor warehouse.

Q: How long does shipping take?
A: Apparel: 3 to 7 business days for production, then 3 to 5 business days for delivery (US). Model kits: typically ship within 2 to 3 business days, then 3 to 7 business days for delivery.

Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Currently US only. International shipping is on the roadmap.

Q: Will I get tracking?
A: Yes. You'll get a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.

PRODUCTS & SIZING

Q: How do your shirts fit?
A: Heavyweight cotton tees run true to size with a classic fit. Hoodies are unisex and run slightly relaxed. Check the size chart on each product page for exact measurements.

Q: What's the print method?
A: We use DIGISOFT direct-to-garment printing. The result is a soft hand feel, vivid colors, and prints that hold up wash after wash.

Q: Are your designs original?
A: Every DRC design is original art. No clip art, no licensed stock, no AI slop. Detroit-inspired hot rod culture, drawn with heart.

Q: Where are your products made?
A: Apparel is printed and fulfilled in the US. Model car kits are manufactured by AMT and MPC.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Q: What's your return policy?
A: Print-on-demand apparel is made to order, so we can't accept returns for change-of-mind or sizing. We replace any item that arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect at no cost. See our full Returns Policy page.

Q: My item arrived damaged. What do I do?
A: Email us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We'll send a replacement, free.

Q: Can I exchange for a different size?
A: Since each item is made to order, we can't process exchanges. Use the size chart on each product page before ordering. If you slipped up, hit us anyway and we'll do what we can.

MODEL CAR KITS

Q: Are these kits new and sealed?
A: Yes. All model kits are brand new, factory sealed.

Q: What skill levels do you carry?
A: Skill levels 2 and 3, 1/25 scale.

Q: Are paint and glue included?
A: No. Paint, glue, and tools are sold separately.

Q: Who is Detroit Rod and Custom?
A: A Detroit-born brand for hot rod and custom car culture. We started with apparel. Custom parts and full builds are next. Read the full story on our About page.

Q: Do you do custom work or builds?
A: Not yet, but it's coming. Sign up for our email list to be the first to know when we launch.
