Product descriptions, prices, availability, specifications, materials, sizing information, and other product details may be updated without notice. We reserve the right to discontinue a product or limit the quantity of products available to any person, household, geographic region, or jurisdiction.
Some products are created or fulfilled by third-party production and fulfillment partners. Production methods, materials, sizing, and fulfillment times may vary by product. Please review the applicable product description and size information before ordering.
SECTION 3: ORDERS
When you place an order, you are offering to purchase the products in that order. Detroit Rod and Custom reserves the right to accept, decline, limit, or cancel an order for any lawful reason.
An order is not accepted until payment has been processed and we confirm the order. Please review your order carefully before submitting it. Because some products enter production shortly after an order is accepted, we may be unable to accommodate cancellation or modification requests.
If we decline, modify, or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you using the email address, billing address, shipping address, or telephone number provided with the order.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Additional charges resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address may be the customer’s responsibility where permitted by law.
Risk of loss and title to purchased products transfer as provided by applicable law and the applicable carrier’s terms.
SECTION 6: INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Sales and purchases made through our Store are transactions directly between you and Detroit Rod and Custom. Shopify is not the seller of products offered by Detroit Rod and Custom and is not responsible for fulfilling those orders.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, you acknowledge that Shopify and its affiliates are not responsible for injuries, damages, losses, claims, or liabilities arising from products purchased directly from Detroit Rod and Custom.

If an order is canceled after payment because of an error, we will refund the applicable amount to the original payment method.
