Processing Time

Clothing items are made to order. Please allow 3 to 7 business days for production before your order ships.

Model car kits ship within 1 to 3 business days.

Shipping Times (after production)

Standard shipping: 5 to 10 business days (US) Expedited options available at checkout.

Where We Ship

We currently ship within the United States. International shipping is not available at this time.

Tracking

You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. Allow 24 hours for tracking to update after you receive the notification.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package has not arrived within 15 business days of the ship date, contact us at info@detroitrodandcustom.com with your order number. We will investigate and resolve it.
