Refund and Return Policy
At Detroit Rod and Custom (DRC), we stand behind every product we sell. Here's how returns work.
Clothing (Print on Demand)
All DRC clothing is made to order through our print-on-demand partner. Because each item is printed specifically for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse or incorrect size selection.
We will replace or refund any item that is:
- Defective or damaged in transit
- Misprinted or has a production error
- Lost in shipment
To request a replacement, email us at info@detroitrodandcustom.com within 14 days of delivery. Include your order number and a photo of the issue. We will make it right.
Model Car Kits
Model kits may be returned within 30 days of delivery if the item is unopened and in original packaging. Buyer covers return shipping. Once received and inspected, we will issue a full refund to the original payment method.
