Shipping Policy

Detroit Rod and Custom currently ships within the United States.

Processing Time

  • Made-to-order apparel: Allow 3 to 7 business days for production before shipment.
  • Model car kits: Allow 1 to 3 business days for processing.
  • Supplier-fulfilled products: Processing times vary. Review the estimate on the individual product page.

Shipping Time

Standard US shipping generally takes 5 to 10 business days after production or processing. Delivery estimates are not guarantees and may be affected by carrier delays, holidays, weather, or supplier location.

Shipping Rates

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the products, package size, and destination.

Tracking

We will email a tracking link when your order ships. Allow up to 24 hours for tracking activity to appear. If your package has not arrived within 15 business days of the ship date, use the Contact page.

International Orders

International shipping is not currently available.

Address Errors

Confirm your shipping address before placing the order. Packages cannot always be rerouted after shipment. Additional shipping charges may apply when a package is returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address.

Returns and Refunds

Eligible unused items may be returned within 30 days of delivery when they are in original condition and original packaging. Final-sale items are not eligible for return.

Supplier-Fulfilled Products

Some products are fulfilled directly by supplier partners. Eligible returns for these products may be routed to the supplier's warehouse. The same 30-day return window applies unless the product is clearly marked final sale.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Email returns@detroitrodandcustom.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will review the claim and help arrange a replacement or refund.

Refund Timing

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Allow 5 to 10 business days after processing for the refund to appear on your statement.
